We visited Ju Ge Mu & Shimbashi restaurant on 2 separate occasions because it has two halves: a teppanyaki house and a handmade soba noodle restaurant. You can order from both menus regardless of where you sit.
All the dishes were authentic. The okonomiyaki done on the teppan was comparable to the original at Osaka. And the soba noodles in duck broth was comforting. For something more creative, go for the fried soba noodles or soba crepe desserts.
